Distribution format

Scope

This is the format of the release in the channel. Some releases may have more tha none format.

NOTE: some analytics acivities want to know the actual format that was distributed, e.g. 3D, iMAX, and normal for theatrical, DVD, blu-ray, 3D, for home, and no doubt others to come.

This class's instances are a mix of different kinds of things, but even after a couple of discussions in the group there was no agreement on adding an intemediate level.
